One of our favorite things to do is watch Kickstarter for Green ideas that also help our communities in some way.  Even though DAbB is located in San Francisco, this particular Kickstarter just so happened to catch our attention.

Truck Farm Chicago is a Biodeisel pickup with a farm in the bed that drives around to schools to educate children on how to grow, cook and support your own food. The principles they teach include creativity, healthy choices and supporting local food.

For a modest donation of $25, you can receive an autographed children’s book highlighting “environmental mindfulness” written by one of Truck Farm Chicago’s farmers.
